Who we are

This shop is operated under the 1000 Ideas Publishing brand by Nxtconnect AI, Inc. (Delaware, USA). Contact details are in the legal notice.

What we collect

We keep data collection to the minimum needed to run the shop:

• Purchases: when you buy, payment is processed by Stripe (Stripe, Inc.). Stripe collects your payment details and email address under its own privacy policy. We receive and store your email address and order details (product, amount, date) as a purchase record — required for accounting and to let you re-download your purchase.
• Downloads: files are delivered via Cloudflare R2 through time-limited links. Standard server logs (IP address, time) may occur at our hosting providers.
• No accounts, no tracking: the shop has no user accounts, no analytics cookies, and no advertising trackers.

Where data is processed

We use Vercel (hosting), Neon (database), Cloudflare (domain, file storage), and Stripe (payments) as processors. Processing may take place in the EU and the USA under standard contractual clauses of the respective providers.

Legal basis & retention

We process order data to fulfil the contract (Art. 6 (1)(b) GDPR) and retain records as long as commercial and tax law requires.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete, and port your personal data, to restrict or object to processing, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. To exercise these rights, contact us via the details in the imprint.
